Professional Development Session - Kabbalah for Coaches: A Jewish Lesson for Holding Multiple Truths with Evonne Marzouk, Certified Transformative Life Coach

Two opposing things can be true at the same time. But it is often hard for our clients to see that, especially when they (and we) are firmly entrenched in a particular view. In this session, we will study the Jewish mystical concept of paradox, which occurs when two mutually exclusive things are both, paradoxically, true. We will explore the Jewish wisdom underlying this universal reality, and then consider four paradoxes that are the bedrock of successful coaching. Finally, we will consider two paradoxes that are fundamental to the nature of the universe — and at the same time, immediately relevant to challenges our clients face on a regular basis. No prior experience with Jewish mysticism is necessary to learn this thought-provoking and practical lesson!
