The talent marketplace is evolving faster than traditional recruitment processes can adapt. AI is reshaping sourcing, assessment, and onboarding, but leading organizations are also experimenting with new approaches: activating passive candidates, building external and internal talent marketplaces, and redefining how candidates experience their first touchpoints. The challenge for leaders is balancing speed with substance, technology with trust, and innovation with fairness to ensure talent acquisition becomes a competitive advantage rather than a transactional process.

This Session Will Examine:

Where AI delivers real gains in sourcing, evaluation, and candidate engagement.
How talent marketplaces—internal and external—are transforming acquisition strategies.
Approaches for activating and converting passive candidates at scale.
The risks of bias, opacity, and over-automation in AI-driven hiring.
Why onboarding remains a strategic lever for retention and cultural alignment.
