Learning measurement is broken. This is far from a hot take. More than two-thirds of companies (69%) say that the inability to measure learning’s impact represents a challenge to achieving critical outcomes. So why can’t we measure learning effectively and how does this impact the frontline? I’m glad you asked! Traditional measurement tactics are labor intensive and yield data with limited value, including reactions and test scores. Even if organizations recognize their measurement gap, they may not have the tools, data or know how to fix it. As a result, they struggle to provide employees with right-fit training that meets individual needs. They also lag behind changing skill requirements because they can’t tell if training works or not. It’s time to close the data gap and make measurement a foundational, continuous part of frontline enablement.
Here are the big questions we'll answer in this session:
- How do you measure the impact of frontline training?
- How do you access the data needed to fix learning measurement?
- How do you use data to build the business case for frontline training?
