EU Pay Transparency Directive: Turning Complexity into Readiness

The EU Pay Transparency Directive brings new expectations for employers, but preparing for them can be complicated, especially for organisations operating across multiple countries. Pay data may sit across different payroll and HR systems, responsibilities can be spread across legal, reward, HR and payroll teams, and greater transparency needs to be balanced with employee privacy.

Join the GPA and UKG for a practical panel discussion with legal, industry, customer and product perspectives. We’ll introduce the Directive, explore the data, privacy and ownership challenges employers are facing, hear from Trellix’s Steve Bevan about how he’s tackling the directive, and discuss practical steps to assess readiness.
