[Leadership] Coaching Consultants to Follow Process

When output stays flat while activity rises, the person is the only variable that looks like it has changed. So the conversation becomes about the person, and the method that produced the result never gets examined.

That's the conversation this session is built to change.

We'll cover how to move a performance conversation from the individual to the process they're following, how to build an input-based plan across a quarter that a consultant can hold, and why a written record of what you both agreed matters more than the plan itself. We'll also look at the habit most managers have of absorbing the shortfall, or letting missed numbers slide - the moment it’s tolerated it becomes the new acceptable standard., and why that makes the gap you're trying to close even more difficult to navigate.

This is for anyone leading a desk into a busy quarter.
