At Apiary, we believe the best rooms are filled with people who are doing remarkable things. That's the idea behind our newest monthly series — Saturday Showcase — where we invite Omaha's most impactful community leaders to pull back the curtain on the work they're doing to shape our city and state.
Each month, we'll welcome a featured guest for an informal, interactive conversation over light bites and your favorite morning drink. Come curious, come connected, and leave inspired.

Born and raised in North Omaha, Shonna Dorsey has spent nearly a decade developing Nebraska's tech industry ecosystem Apiary — and she's just getting started. As Executive Director of the Nebraska Tech Collaborative, she leads collective efforts to advance talent and entrepreneurial ecosystem development across the state. Yelp Her mission: attracting and retaining technical talent to ensure Nebraska's long-term economic prosperity. Apiary.

Join us as Shonna shares her journey, her vision for Nebraska's tech future, and what it really takes to build something sustainable from the ground up.
