Hope Bereavement Care 'Artful Grieving' Youth Workshop

This is an art journalling workshop for young adults aged 18-26 years. It provides a safe and welcoming space to explore grief through creativity, reflection and connection. Using a range of simple art materials and gentle mindfulness practices, participants are invited to honour their own unique grief journey. No art experience is needed - this group is more about expressing thoughts, feelings and memories in ways that words often cannot capture. Meetings take place on the third Friday of the month (except in January) from 10:00am to 11:30am at our offices at 200 Myers Street, Geelong 3220.
