Tuesday, August 5, 6:00pm - 7:00pm (CDT)
We are living in a time of rapid shifts—technological, ecological, cultural. Amidst the noise and complexity, it’s easy to accept the familiar shadows on the wall as truth. But what if much of what we believe to be real is, in fact, just the “manicured” play of light and story, curated by the systems that shape us? Plato’s allegory of the cave asks us to consider what it takes to turn around, to leave the cave, and to look—however uncomfortably—toward the light. In this Circle Lab, we’ll explore how we recognize illusion, what it means to seek a more honest reality, and how we respond when others are not yet ready to see.
What Is Circle Lab?
Circle Lab is a space for leaders to pause, reflect, and connect with peers who are navigating the complexities of creating impact in their organizations and communities. Each month, we explore a thought-provoking question related to leadership, collaboration, and change.
At Open Circle, we’ve always believed in the power of community to drive meaningful change.
What You Can Expect:
Deep Reflection: Sit with questions that challenge your assumptions and stretch your awareness.
Peer Learning: Learn from the experiences of others on their own path of awakening and impact.
Practical Tools: Take away insights and frameworks that support courageous leadership in uncertain times.
