  Dr. Justin James Kennedy is a distinguished TED Speaker, professor, and expert in behavioral neuroscience. He serves as a PhD coach and supervisor at various academic institutions, guiding the next generation of scholars. As the co-founder of the npnInstitute of Applied & Organizational Neuroscience, Dr. Kennedy is a leading advocate for applied neuroplasticity in coaching. He also spearheads the credentialing process for Neuroplasticians globally, promoting innovative practices that harness the brain's capacity for change.
  
  Paul Zak is a Professor at Claremont Graduate University and a leading scientist in neuroeconomics, neuromanagement, and neuromarketing, with over 200 published papers and 20,000 citations. His latest book, Immersion: The Science of the Extraordinary and Source of Happiness (2022), explores the neurological basis of extraordinary experiences and their impact on customer value and individual happiness. Zak is also the author of Trust Factor (2017) and The Moral Molecule (2012), which delve into trust in organizations and the role of oxytocin in virtuous behavior. A regular TED speaker, he co-founded Immersion Neuroscience and has taught at prestigious institutions including Caltech and Harvard. Zak holds a BA from San Diego State University and a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania.
