The High Holidays are not just a period for self-reflection, but also a prime opportunity to freshen up your coaching core competencies! In this lively session, we will dive into the fascinating interplay between the Jewish holidays' structure and the 8 ICF Core Competencies. Participants will embark on an exciting journey with the lessons of teshuva—meaning "return" or "repentance"—and discover how each of the ICF Core Competencies is intricately woven into this transformative process. We'll explore how these competencies can turbocharge our coaching practices, guiding clients on their own adventures of growth and self-discovery. Join us for a delightful dive into the wisdom of the High Holy Days as we integrate fresh insights from the hero's journey of teshuva into our coaching endeavors. Together, we will renew our commitment to these competencies, enhancing our service to clients and fostering a more profound, meaningful path of growth.
