Join Frankie for a Lunasagh celebration.

Lunasagh is an Irish cross-quarter festival that celebrates abundance -- it is often called "the first harvest". Another name is Lammas, aka "Loaf mass" which literally celebrates when the first grain is cut. Some grain gets baked into bread for the celebration while the remainder gets kept as seed for the next spring (put back to Earth).

Bring something fresh from your garden or homemade from your kitchen

CELEBRATION

Come to celebrate something, whether that be a small or big win professionally or personally. You’ll have the opportunity to share your story.

A chance to highlight the process in which that worked and what helped you succeed, whether it be ritual, an SOP at work, or something else.

RITUAL

Gratitude ritual -- something you can continue to do to keep the flow of abundance going.

Participants can bring:

Journal & pen (optional)
Something to sit on -- yoga mat, camp chair, or cushion to sit on
Fresh food to share -- easily snackable fresh items (veggies, fruit, bread, pastries)

If rain, event will be postponed
