FIDM Session 5A - 1900-Present Day: U.S. History Through Fashion

Thursday, April 22, 4:00pm - 5:15pm (EDT)

FIDM will provide FCCLA advisors with an overview of presentations and activities available for scheduling with FIDM’s College Representatives as the host, either in-person (if applicable) or virtually, throughout the US.

These FIDM presentations are designed to support the classroom curriculum and are provided as a service to FIDM’s valuable partners, in the educational community. The showcased presentations throughout this Spring 2021 Webinar Series will support both design and creative business curriculum, FCS/CTE related courses and the FIDM/FCCLA state and national scholarship categories.

Today, FIDM will present in its entirety, Fabric of America. This is normally offered for a 50-minute (bell schedule) high school period. FIDM will also highlight activities that will coordinate for additional student, hands-on, creative and historical education, and fun.
