YES! Pasta holds a special place in the heart of the French(wo)man. There is always, always that "mom & pop" pâtes stand in les marchés throughout Provence (& beyond). We can almost smell the fresh dough now... taste those raviolis dauphinois melting in our mouths...
SO, without further ado, join us for a carbo-loading extravaganza / chalkboard-takeover! Chef Nicholas Bazik will be hand-rolling, tweezing, pinching, playing with fresh pastas to feature on the chalkboard throughout the evening.
