Thursday, November 13, 1:00pm - 2:00pm (EST)
This session will support coaches in working with clients stepping into supervisory roles marked by increased visibility and authority. Rooted in the values-driven culture of Jewish organizations, where leadership, relationships, and communal commitment are often closely intertwined, we will explore how to help clients navigate the transition from peer to supervisor. Together, we will consider how to set clear expectations, redefine relationships, and establish a strong leadership presence. We will also focus on role clarity, trust-building, and feedback dynamics anchored in integrity and mutual accountability.
