Are you curious about the American Culinary Federation’s (ACF) certification options for secondary students? You’re in luck! FCCLA has recently teamed up with the ACF and NOCTI to offer certification options for students competing in the Baking and Pastry and Culinary Arts STAR Events. Initially, plans were to have certification be an integral part of these two STAR Events at the 2021 Hybrid National Leadership Conference, but competing virtually placed a hold on that implementation. FCCLA’s current plans are to reincorporate this as an event component for the 2022 national competition.

We are pleased to announce a webinar on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

ACF and NOCTI representatives will present information about the certification process and will be available to answer questions you may have regarding how to administer NOCTI testing in your school, how to prepare for the written and practical exams, the benefits of certification for students, and more!
