Organizational design and leadership capacity are being tested as never before. Leaders face the dual challenge of simplifying structures for efficiency while building agility to handle constant disruption. Finding the right spans of control, decision rights, and reporting lines is not just an HR exercise, it’s a leadership imperative that directly shapes speed, accountability, and engagement.
