The shift to value-based care is accelerating, driven by CMS commitments and payer expectations. While the strategic rationale is clear, the reality on the ground is uneven, with adoption concentrated in pockets and pilots that struggle to scale. For executives, the challenge is aligning payment structures, care delivery models, and clinician engagement in ways that build both credibility and sustainability across the enterprise.

This Session Will Examine:

Why scaling beyond pilots remains the hardest part of value-based care.
The cultural resistance when clinicians see misalignment in incentives.
Using predictive analytics to target risk and prioritize interventions.
Lessons from markets where value-based care has taken hold.
Measuring credibility in outcomes: clinical, financial, and patient-reported.
