Elizabeth Castro Gulacsy is a seasoned public company board member and former Chief Financial Officer with nearly 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and governance. She currently serves on the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Governance and Nominating Committee of NNN REIT, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust with a diversified portfolio of over 3,600 properties.

Elizabeth previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of SeaWorld Entertainment, where she helped lead through its initial public offering.

In addition to her public company board service, Elizabeth has served on the advisory board of a privately held investment firm, on the Audit Committee for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, and on the board of the SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Conservation Fund. She is a speaker on governance and leadership topics and was recognized among the “100 Hispanic Board Members Making a Difference” in Board Recruitment (October 2024).
