[Leadership] Coaching the number behind the behaviour

A target is a calculation, and its inputs move. Reply rates, process lengths and offer-to-start rates aren't what they were when most KPIs were set, which means an activity number that used to produce a placement has stopped producing one with the same consistency. Nobody re-did the maths, so the team argues about the number instead of the method behind it.

This session is about inspecting the behaviour rather than the total.
We'll re-build a target from your own conversion rates, so you can see whether the number you're holding people to would deliver the result even if they hit it. We'll cover the three leading indicators worth reporting weekly, how to run a goal conversation that shrinks the gap into something a consultant will act on, and why positive consequences outperform punitive ones with experienced people.

You'll leave with your own numbers checked and one measure to put on the board.
