Nordic Deliberation Learning Call: Where are all the democratic innovations?

How can we map, learn from and scale methods across the Nordics?

Across the Nordics, new ways of involving citizens are being developed and tested every day - from citizen’s assemblies to democratic capacity-building and digital mass participation.

Today, we lack a shared overview of what is happening and what we can learn from it to strengthen democracy across the region. Join us in this Nordic Deliberation Learning Call to map-out and explore the landscape of participatory and deliberative methods across the Nordic region.

Together, we will share methods, insights on their intended democratic impact, and ask what it takes to build a stronger Nordic practice of participation.
