Leavenworth Trail Fest / 5K & 27K

Two ACTION steps!

1. Everyone: RSVP on this page to let how us know how you plan to participate and stay in Leavenworth.
2. Runners & Walkers:  You must personally register on the race website (links below) using "RECOVERY26" to officially register for the race AND get your race fee waived (thank you to Scott Sowle!) 

Choose how you want to participate at the Leavenworth Trail Fest on Saturday, May 23rd (Memorial Day Weekend):

• Run / Walk the race (5k is most popular for RB members)
• Volunteer to help at a water station (hoping to get 4 RB members / allies to volunteer)
• Attend to cheer on / support our RB community 
• Option to campout at the RB Group campsite is available for a limited number of spots (mark on RSVP form)

IMPORTANT NOTE on Carpools & Gear: 

• All gear and carpool help must be requested by Tuesday, May 19th at 12 noon. We will not be able to accommodate help for rides and gear after this time. 

About the Leavenworth Trail Fest
Organized by long-time RB volunteer and ally, Scott Sowle, the Leavenworth Trail Fest is one of the highlight trail race events in the PNW!

Whether you're an avid trail runner or a beginner seeking a new challenge, this race is designed for every level of runner! Feel the adrenaline rush as you conquer steep climbs, navigate technical descents, and cross the finish line with a sense of accomplishment like no other.

• Your choice of a 5K through the festival, or 27K through the Ski Hill Area Trails.
• The Leavenworth Skyline 27k is an event with over 3800 feet of Vert showcasing stunning vistas from the ridges of the Cascade Mountains and Eastern Cascades alpine desert views in the fast forest service road sections of Freund Canyon.

Register on race website for Town 5k or Ski Hill 27k using "RECOVERY26" to waive the full entry fee!

• More than 48 hours prior / Please change your RSVP on our Event Calendar.
• Less than 48 hours prior / Please contact the Activity Lead directly.
