Twenty Latin American founders. One table. No stage, no badges, no programme.
Sobremesa is the part of the meal nobody schedules — when the plates are cleared and the real conversation starts. That's the whole event. We skipped straight to it.
This is not a mixer and it is not a pitch night. There is no panel and no deck. Just founders who are building between Latin America and the United States, at one table, talking about the parts they don't put on LinkedIn.
The guest list is the product, so it is built by hand. Every application is reviewed.
