THE PAUSE ROOM FOR BUSINESS
A weekly interactive session for business owners and leaders

Business owners get stuck. We all do.

Sometimes we know what we should do, but stress, old habits, time pressure, or the voice in our head gets in the way.

The Pause Room for Business gives us an hour to slow down, connect, look at what’s really going on, and try something different.

This won’t be another hour of sitting and listening.

Each week, we’ll:

Celebrate wins and Champion connections.
Explore one business or leadership challenge.
Try a practical exercise-a reframe, a time audit, breath work, or a question we rarely give ourselves time to answer.
Break into small groups to talk it through.
Choose one thing to do differently.

My goal is simple: I want you leaving with a fresh perspective and something you can use in your business.

OUR FIRST SESSION: WHY YOU KEEP GETTING STUCK

Because knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things.

Come ready to participate. Bring something you’ve been getting stuck on.

Please contact Donna Schomer, H7 Activation Champion, with any questions at donna.h7network@gmail.com or visit www.h7network.com to learn more.
