Gen Z clients are entering adulthood amid economic uncertainty, institutional distrust, and heightened anxiety—often before fully forming career or identity anchors. Research and qualitative interviews from Navigating the Quarterlife Career Crisis show that religion, faith, and spirituality remain powerful (and often under-recognized) sources of meaning, resilience, and decision-making for many Gen Z clients.
