Volunteer to Staff Expressive Activities on April 22

We are looking for Division of Student Life staff to volunteer at two co-occurring events on the evening of April 22 — the TPUSA event and the "All Are Neighbors" event. Your presence and support will be instrumental in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-managed experience for all Baylor students and guests.

What to Expect
Volunteers will be assigned to one of four coverage zones around campus. Specific responsibilities, attire expectations, and zone details will be shared after you sign up.

Coverage Zones

• Inside Waco Hall
• Outside Waco Hall
• Inside Cashion 506
• The Quad (behind Old Main, between Carroll Library and Carroll Science)

• Food, beverages, and desserts will be provided for all volunteers throughout the evening
• Staff who volunteer may be eligible to reclaim hours — check with your supervisor about flex time options within your department
• More detailed information, including your zone assignment and a pre-event briefing, will be sent after you sign up
