A two-hour weekly workshop exploring the 7 Laws of Self-Transformation, designed to help you understand and activate the healing of the emotional body, release the emotional blocks held within the chakra system and create greater wholeness, awareness and connection in your life.

Each week, we delve into one of the Seven Laws, exploring the emotional patterns connected to that chakra before moving into a guided somatic or healing practice to help you integrate the work through the body.

Two interactive coaching weeks where we bring the teachings into real-life experiences through 1:1 hot seat coaching. Explore what you’re currently moving through, uncover emotional patterns and receive live guidance to deepen your awareness and healing.

After Week 9, the Seven Laws cycle begins again, giving you the opportunity to revisit the work at a deeper level as your awareness, healing and understanding continue to evolve.
