Andrew D. Thompson is a former professional athlete, hospitality executive, and high-performance coach. In 2016, he survived a life-threatening illness that left him bedridden for months and took years to overcome. Drawing on his own journey through adversity, Andrew developed the 12 key attributes of high performers, which he shares in his book A High-Performing Mind to help others overcome obstacles, elevate their performance, and live at their best.

Olivia Ellis, M.S., M.A. is a researcher, wellness educator, and international fitness presenter who investigates the relationship between social connection and health behaviors. She has contributed to the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Psychology and writes for leading fitness industry publications.

As a Spinning® Master Instructor, Olivia leads global certifications and continuing education, films classes for the Spinning® app, and presents at international conferences and wellness events. She also teaches at the graduate level in Kinesiology and Psychology. Olivia holds a B.S. in Human Nutrition, an M.S. in Exercise Science, an M.A. in Positive Developmental Psychology, and is completing her Ph.D. in Positive Developmental Psychology.

Her work focuses on how everyday social interactions can powerfully influence health and human flourishing.
