In the live Women in Cloud community research, 92% of participants said skills and credentials are visible yet only 10% said access to jobs and careers is actually clear.

More than 56% said funding and business pathways are not clear at all.
Translation: people aren’t failing because they lack talent. They’re stalled because they can’t see where to step.
That’s when confidence collapses.
This is the first of three session of WICxConfidenceCircle activation to fix that.
Not with inspiration.

In this session, you’ll turn what you already have your skills, experience, and ambition into a clear economic map. Using visual storytelling and guided reflection, you’ll identify where income actually begins, what access you’re really seeking (jobs, capital, visibility, or direction), and why “somewhat clear” paths keep capable people stuck.

Most people don’t stall because they lack goals they stall because they don’t know which move matters next. The result? Overthinking, hesitation, and progress that never quite starts.
MAKE IT MOVABLE is the second activation in the Confidence Circle series, designed to turn insight into execution and confidence into action.
In this session, participants will pressure-test the vision they created in Session 1 against real economic pathways jobs, funding, leadership, and community. Through mentoring, peer momentum, and course correction, you’ll identify what’s actionable now, what can wait, and where fear is really just a signal of unclear systems.
This is not about doing more.  It’s about doing the right next thing.
You’ll leave with a focused 90-day Economic Access Gameplan built to be realistic, adaptable, and executable so momentum replaces hesitation and progress becomes visible.
By the end of this session, participants will:

• Refine goals into a practical 90-day gameplan
• Identify one or more confident moves to take immediately
• Remove blockers through mentoring and course correction
• Align actions to real access pathways
• Replace hesitation with forward motion

Confidence doesn’t come from thinking longer. It comes from moving sooner.

Where Confident Moves Become Collective Momentum

Final Session of the WICxConfidenceCircle Series
Most people move forward quietly.They make progress, take risks, and learn — but never name it. That’s how confidence leaks.
OWN THE WIN is the closing activation of the Confidence Circle series, designed to do the opposite: make progress visible, reinforce confident action, and turn individual wins into shared economic momentum.
This is not a showcase for “big” success only. This is a space to name any real win — clarity gained, action taken, fear faced, or momentum created.
Participants will share:

• Wins achieved since the series began
• Confident moves taken even before results
• What changed once the path became clearer

But the session doesn’t stop at celebration.
Members will activate contribution loops by reinvesting access back into the community through mentorship, referrals, visibility, and opportunity sharing. When progress is shared, confidence compounds not just for one person, but for everyone watching.
This is how confidence becomes contagious. This is how access scales.
By the end of this session, participants will:

• Publicly name and validate their progress
• Reinforce confidence through recognition
• Activate at least one contribution action
• Shift identity from access-seeker to access-creator
• Leave with momentum with joy and happiness
