WWU Jaggaer eProcurement Training

In this training session we will go over an introduction to the Jaggaer System including navigation and dashboards, your profile (shipping address and FOAPAL defaults), shopping in the system, transferring your cart or checking out, adding your funding information, and reviewing the workflows.
 
Each Training Session is 1.5 hours long and we will begin with an overview walk through, and finish by providing access to the Test System where you can walk through the navigation, place orders (they do not send to vendors, even if it moves all the way through approvals) and request contracts, and review the search and dashboard functionalities. There will be ample time for questions throughout, both via the chat function in Teams which will be monitored by the Procurement Team, as well as at the end of the training.
