Here's how it works:The Zoom call is opened by the host (usually Gary) about 2 minutes before the top of the hour. We bow in and briefly state what it is that we're working on (anything from doing a new draft of your Weekly Prompts song to doing your music marketing social media posts)Everybody mutes and gets down to focused work (cameras are encouraged to be on, but it's your choice)At 15 minutes before the end of the call, we un-mute and have the option to show-and-tell (for example, sharing your social media post, or playing a new song)It's really an awesome, community-based way to make focused progress on your music work, especially whatever music-related work you might be avoiding! Come share a song with the group or simply listen. This is a constructive environment where you can set boundaries around what kind of feedback you'd like, if any. Plus, it's fun, informative, and healing to gather in this way.
