You’re welcome to take both parts back-to-back or join for the level that best suits your needs. The first half will be all floor based exercises in supine and side-lying positions and the second half will include more level changes and higher intensity. Online members will continue to have unlimited access, while in-person participants can use one class pass/drop-in per 25-minute session.
