239 upcoming events

Free live meditations with Sean Fargo and the Mindfulness Exercises teaching team — five sessions a week, open to everyone.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for short guided sits and social meditation practice, plus a free live meditation and Q&R with Sean on the first Wednesday of each month. We also share our Certification guest teacher sessions here so you can see what's happening across the community.

Whether you're arriving at the end of a full day or beginning a new one, you're warmly invited to pause and practice together.

We'll share a spacious 30-minute meditation with extended periods of silence. Occasional mindfulness bells or brief prompts will be offered as gentle reminders to return.

Stay for the full practice or join for whatever amount of time feels supportive. Hosted by Jennifer Carter.

    Saturday 8 August ⋅ 15:30 – 16:00 (UTC)

Social Meditation brings mindfulness into connection through simple, structured practices of noticing, speaking, and listening together.

While meditation is often practiced individually and in silence, these interpersonal practices invite us to remain connected with present-moment awareness while relating with others. They can support steadier attention, clearer awareness of present-moment experience, greater ease expressing direct experience, attentive listening without needing to fix or respond, and deeper connection and empathy.

Each Saturday we'll explore a different Social Meditation practice. The name of the week's practice and a brief description are shared in the event replies earlier in the week. The formal practice runs about 30 minutes, followed by an optional 10 minutes for sharing and reflection.

No previous experience with Social Meditation is needed. Come to one session or return regularly. Hosted by Jennifer Carter.

    Saturday 15 August ⋅ 15:30 – 16:00 (UTC)

    Saturday 3 October ⋅ 15:30 – 16:00 (UTC)
