    Tuesday 9 December ‧ 11:00 – 12:00 (UTC)

New business is the lifeblood of every agency – but it’s also the hardest thing to get right. That’s why we’re starting a dedicated New Biz Working Group: a monthly session where agency leaders come together to swap strategies, pressure-test ideas, and talk honestly about what’s working – and what isn’t.   Each session, you’ll join peers facing the same questions you are: How do we keep leads flowing? What channels really work? Where do we waste time? We’ll run breakouts, spotlight stories, and make sure you leave with at least one practical idea to test before the next meet-up.   You’ll also be part of a lively Slack channel, where you can share wins, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from other agencies trying to sharpen their sales game. If you want to stop muddling through new biz in isolation – and build a more consistent, repeatable sales engine – this is where you do it.   (Our New Biz Working Group meets on the second Tuesday of every month – if you’re interested in being part of it, contact Anne Harlow.) https://agencyhackers.zoom.us/meeting/register/_EZqtZl4SB-JedZVzm9Saw 82388441776

    Tuesday 16 December ‧ 11:00 – 12:00 (UTC)

As we approach the end of 2025, it feels right to hit pause and take a moment to look back on this year. Have the last twelve months panned out as you expected? Have you had to face new challenges? Was 2025 a success? In this session, we’ll be taking some time to reflect and share what the last twelve months have been like for everyone – Agency Hackers included. Come along and share your saga with the group, and pick up some last bits of advice before the new year. https://agencyhackers.zoom.us/meeting/register/gOJ-gKVaTwWvSH4NgNp_hg 89726482142

While the Employment Rights Bill is still going through Parliament, and not expected to be passed until 2027, agencies have time and options. And the real opportunity is in getting your house in order now. “This isn’t something to be scared of,” says Sarah May, founder of Mayday HR. “If anything, these proposals are a push to build better processes; things that will make your business stronger, regardless of the final Bill.” If your agency has hit ‘pause’ out of fear, or isn’t sure where to start on these changes, Sarah will help you hit ‘play’ with clarity and confidence. https://agencyhackers.zoom.us/meeting/register/5agSmngbQ26MCJJp2GdkIw 84382353288

AI is moving fast. Blink, and the playbook changes. That’s why we have our dedicated AI Working Group: a monthly session where agency leaders compare notes on how they’re actually using AI - in client work, internal processes, tailor-made tools, and everywhere in between. Each month, you’ll get together with your peers experimenting at the coalface of AI in agencies. Not consultants, not gurus, but people figuring it out just like you. We’ll run breakouts, spotlight stories, and make sure you leave with at least one idea to put into practice before the next session. You'll also be part of a vibrant and interactive Slack channel, where you can swap tips and tricks, and troubleshoot with a tight-knit community who are all striving for the same thing. If you want to embed AI into your agency in a way that actually sticks, this is where you do it. https://agencyhackers.zoom.us/meeting/register/Uhzv-e4fSZW3E3JCLEYScA 84589735683

“I help agencies who are pulling their hair out with data.” After a decade inside Google, global agencies and product teams, Olam Sule, founder of Dolphin Analytics, keeps seeing the same pattern: agencies drowning in information but starving for insight. For many, behind the scenes it’s guesswork held together with spreadsheets - broken tracking, confused reporting, and dashboards nobody really trusts. In this session, Olam will break down the five analytics pillars he uses to bring order to the chaos - if your agency is tired of fumbling through GA4, guessing at performance, or sending reports you know aren’t telling the full story, this session is your reset button. https://agencyhackers.zoom.us/meeting/register/hot-Fg46Q8GaOTflKIGpCQ 87868284030

“The best ideas come as jokes. Make your thinking as funny as possible.” This line from David Ogilvy has shaped Tim Reid’s entire career. And, as Tim puts it - there’s a reason behind that. Tim has his fair share of ‘funny’ experience. He’s an ad agency veteran turned sitcom writer, co-creating shows like Car Share and Meet the Richardsons. And across every part of his career, he’s noticed the same thing - great ideas and great comedy share the same engine: surprising truths. In this session, Tim will demonstrate how agencies can use humour to think more creatively - especially at a time when AI is getting faster, cheaper, and harder to ignore. https://agencyhackers.zoom.us/meeting/register/R2f3WIDhRE-G8ATYmi-fng 86911794632

Each month, you’ll join peers facing the same questions you are: How do we keep leads flowing? What channels really work? Where do we waste time? We’ll run breakouts, spotlight stories, and make sure you leave with at least one practical idea to test before the next meet-up. You’ll also be part of a lively Slack channel, where you can share wins, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from other agencies trying to sharpen their sales game. If you want to stop muddling through new biz in isolation – and build a more consistent, repeatable sales engine – this is where you do it. https://agencyhackers.zoom.us/meeting/register/tgGS-5RTQH2FiS7V64ypXg 88997834544

As his agency grew, Julian Reiter realised his intuition alone wasn’t enough. Projects were slipping, profitability was fuzzy, and he’d lost the clear line of sight he once had. “Without the right system, you’re running blind,” he says. “You start relying on people who don’t necessarily understand what drives the business - and that’s when it all unravels.” In this session, Julian will be joined by Jason Neale from Agency Works, to talk about how to scale without losing control - and the role a proper agency management system, like Synergist, played in helping him do it. https://agencyhackers.zoom.us/meeting/register/7ScLSgRDQF-Q_A4gLWkhMQ 82527853090

While many are talking about growth and expansion, there’s also a silent danger lurking in the shadows: insolvency. Rich Bundock almost went insolvent in 2013 – and he wants to make sure other agency leaders don’t find themselves in the same position. “I got into real trouble. We even owed money to our accountants,” says the group CEO of Cohaesus. “I just remember being so stressed and wanting it all to go away.” Insolvency is more than just a business potentially going under – it’s on the shoulders of the owner or founder too, which can become very isolating. If you’re concerned about insolvency, or you want to know what red flags to look out for down the line to avoid it altogether, join Richard and business rescue specialist Kevin Pritchard to candidly talk it through. https://agencyhackers.zoom.us/meeting/register/ispiWTJ-RyOLKJ2zhnqBXw 82059110867
