View and manage account settings

This guide explains how you can get to your account and manage it. On your account page, you can view your Profile information, Account information, Membership and billing, and Payment history.

How to arrive on your account page?

Click the drop-down menu on the top right corner of your page and click Account

Profile Information

In this section, you can change your Full Name, Email address, and Password by clicking Edit. You can also your role and a shortcut to log out of your account.

You can invite users in your organization to join the AddEvent account. There are three different types of roles available: Admin, Editor, and User. To know more about each role, click here.

Account Information

In this section, you can change the company or name of your invoice.

Below is what you can see if you edit the Company/invoice information. You can add your Company Address, VAT / ID / REG information.

And this is what you will see if you click Edit in Email receipts to. Enter the email address you want to receive invoices/receipts.

Membership and billing

In this section, you can see what type of plan you are subscribed to. It also shows the expiration date of the plan but you have an option to upgrade your plan by clicking Renew or Upgrade. Click here for information on how to upgrade from a Hobby plan.

Payment history

You can track your invoice history in this section.
